• RhotKing LLC does not provide or sell insurance.
• Owner policies should include liability, physical damage, and comprehensive coverage suitable for rental use.

6. Liability & Indemnification

• RhotKing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
• Partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless RhotKing LLC for claims or losses related to their vehicles or actions.
• Insurance terms are governed by third-party providers and their policy limitations.
